1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the websites, portals, and verification services operated by NEPCON Verification Pvt Ltd. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Nepcon provides background screening, identity verification, education and employment checks, and related due-diligence services. Specific deliverables, turnaround times, and fees are defined in separate service agreements, statements of work, or order forms signed with each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Obtain all required consents and notices from data subjects before ordering a verification
• Use reports only for lawful hiring, admissions, or risk-management purposes disclosed to the subject
• Comply with applicable labour, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws in Nepal and any other relevant jurisdiction
• Safeguard report credentials and not redistribute reports except as permitted by agreement

4. Reports and Accuracy

Reports are compiled from information available at the time of inquiry from sources we reasonably believe to be reliable. Nepcon does not guarantee that every record exists or that third-party sources are error-free. Clients are responsible for evaluating results in context and making their own decisions. Material discrepancies should be reported promptly for reinvestigation where contractually allowed.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are due as specified in client agreements. Late payment may result in suspension of services. Taxes and government charges, where applicable, are the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nepcon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific verification order shall not exceed the fees paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, methodologies, and software on our platforms remain the property of Nepcon or its licensors. Clients receive a limited license to use delivered reports for internal decision-making as permitted by their agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

9. Changes and Contact
